This hotel is just perfect! The interior design is fabulous. You can see beautiful flowerpots with amazing plants everywhere. The rooms are soundproof, so it is very quiet despite being close to the metro station. Staff are very helpful and friendly. It's a place you don't want to leave :)

Where do I start? This hotel is top notch! From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. We were scheduled for a noon check-in but we arrived hours early. The team worked their butt off to get us into our room at 10 (we arrived at 915). When we walked in wow!! The decor was absolutely beautiful and has everything you need and more. On the table was a bottle of wine, crackers and chocolate with a personalized note. Next day after dinner a box of biscuits with a hand written HBD to my husband note. If that wasn’t enough we also received a really nice tote for each of us (4 of them). You communicate with the team via their chat and I swear they are sitting in front of it because I would have an answer in mins and/or a knock at the door with whatever I requested in the chat. The beds and couch is super comfortable and the breakfast they offer is an experience I recommend. Everything is homemade and so fresh. To close out the level of service this team provides after we checked out and they cleaned the room I got a text from them telling me that we forgot a shirt and a pair of sunglasses and how should they proceed. I told them not to worry about either but I have left stuff in hotels before and NEVER have they called me to ask how they should get it back to me. Just in case you didn’t get it from my review (lol) I’m absolutely in love with the people and this hotel. I will be referring this hotel to my travel agent friend and when we come back to Porto this will be my hotel of choice.

Village by BOA is a hidden gem set in beautiful, authentic, tranquil and safe surroundings with a pleasant atmosphere in a quiet street right in the middle of Porto. Staff attentive, competent and very friendly. Staff on-site 24/7. A minor issue was dealt with straight away by Pedro and Michael. Very comfortable rooms fully equipped with modern conveniences. Airconditioning working really well. Generous outside space with handy use of garden at the back of the development all secluded from the street. Shops, cafés, restaurants and metro all close by - easily accessible on foot. The Douro area only 25 minutes in walking distance.

Such great breakfast for it's cost, a great way to start the morning! The villa itself was something I was really excited about and it did not disappoint. Everything was kept in pristine condition, so clean and well designed, not only in overall view and décor but it is shown that there was great thought put into the design to better serve the guest and use the space.
